Other News

As I'm sure most of the fans know, Tiny Toon Adventures and Freakazoid came out on DVD on July 29th. We encourage all the fans to save up and get yourself a copy to support Warner Brothers and the sister shows of Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain. Hopefully if the DVDs sell well, Animaniacs Vol 4 will be released soon after!

The roll was available on the QRS catalog for many years, but I never bought it because I had moved away from where my player piano is and was waiting until I got it back to get the roll. But last year I saw that the roll was being discontinued, so I had to buy it even though I still don't have my piano back.

Finally, last weekend, I was able to play it on a player piano at a house where I was staying for a weekend trip (I knew the place had a player piano, so I brought the roll with me)."

Hellooooo Nurses! Alright so the first contest is now closed, no more entries will be accepted. Only two entries, but it is the first contest, so there will be plenty of other chances to enter the next one X3

But a round of applause goes out to our two entries! :clap: Thank you so much for taking the time to draw up these wonderful pictures for the club! They both followed the rules perfectly and I'm very pleased ^^

Voting will begin today and go until Monday, August 18! Anyone can vote, you don't have to be a member to do so!

To vote, simply reply to this journal with your choice of who's picture you think should be the club's new feature deviation! All you have to put is the entry number. The winner will be the one with the most votes by Monday. Good luck!

The Rules for the contest were

All visual art forms welcome! (no fics as of yet, we’ll leave those for another contest).

Entries MUST include:
- at least one of the three Warner Siblings and/or Pinky and The Brain.
- the text “The Animaniacs & Pinky and the Brain Club”
- NO MATURE CONTENT, all entries must be rated G. These are supposed to be kid friendly shows, let's respect that. If you must add an innuendo, make sure it's tasteful and clever (much like the shows always did)

Optional:
-Other members of the cast from both shows

Send your entries via note to the club with the subject titled CONTEST #1 ENTRY with a link to your deviation.


Contest starts TODAY: Tuesday, July 22!
Contest ends: Tuesday, August 12 (That’s three weeks guys X3 plenty of time!)
Voting starts on the day after (Wednesday, August 13) :judge:


Only entries sent via note and that follow the guide lines and are sent within the dates above will be accepted and only one winner will be picked for this particular contest!

:winner: Winning Picture will receive the honor of having their picture be the featured deviation of the club and a sketch (clean sketch, no color or background, one character max) of their choice by yours truly ^_^ (for incentive and a sample of my work to see what you’ll be getting, feel free to browse my gallery :iconlittletiger488: )

This is the first contest guys, so I made it easy and left it very open for you people to get creative! Contests in the future will be more structured and the prizes will get bigger and better! Have fun with this and I hope to see a bunch of entries!

Hi everyone! April ( *littletiger488 ) here again. Just sprusin' up the place with some good ol' fashion spit shine ^_^

First on the agenda, I'd love the welcome all the new members to the club! Thank you for joining, we're glad to have you!

Hiya all you looney toons out there!

Allow me to introduce myself, I be *littletiger488 and I would like to give a big HELLOOOOOOO NURSE to all the members of this very fine club!

The lovely and talented Anya a.k.a *Lilostitchfan the founder of our wonderful club has so graciously consented to me helping her out with the chores X3 she could use a little assistance to relieve her stress and I offered my time since I’m pretty much always on this site. I’m honored to take the administer job and hope to bring a lot of fun stuff to this gallery! Thank you again Anya, it’s a pleasure to be a part of this!

Hopefully this means the club will update more frequently and with lots more goodies so I’m wiping the news bulletin clean! Past news can be seen in the previous journal entry, so if you’re not up to date, please look it over.

Let’s start out with some formal business, shall we? Thank you to :iconmissuspatches: for all her phenomenal Pinky and the Brain submissions and :iconpinbeak: for her sensational sibling submissions! They sure do brighten up the gallery. I encourage everyone to send their submissions via notes! Let’s fill this gallery to the brim with awesome art!

Many hugs and smooches to all our new members! Thanks for joining! Thinking about joining? Send a note to the club and me or *Lilostitchfan will add you to the list as soon as we can. PLEASE use notes instead of messaging the club on the front page. There’s a huge chance we’ll miss your message so notes are the best way to get in contact! Questions and Comments about the club can also be sent via note.

Being new here, I would love to hear some suggestions for what the club could do! Our founder has given me permission to go wild. My first order of business is to make this place fun ;P who’s up for a contest?

I see our club has yet to have a featured deviation! That’s a good place to start ^^

Rules

All visual art forms welcome! (no fics as of yet, we’ll leave those for another contest).

Entries MUST include:
- at least one of the three Warner Siblings and/or Pinky and The Brain.
- the text “The Animaniacs & Pinky and the Brain Club”
- NO MATURE CONTENT, all entries must be rated G. These are supposed to be kid friendly shows, let's respect that. If you must add an innuendo, make sure it's tasteful and clever (much like the shows always did)

Optional:
-Other members of the cast from both shows

Send your entries via note to the club with the subject titled CONTEST #1 ENTRY with a link to your deviation.


Contest starts TODAY: Tuesday, July 22!
Contest ends: Tuesday, August 12 (That’s three weeks guys X3 plenty of time!)
Voting starts on the day after (Wednesday, August 13) :judge:


Only entries sent via note and that follow the guide lines and are sent within the dates above will be accepted and only one winner will be picked for this particular contest!

:winner: Winning Picture will receive the honor of having their picture be the featured deviation of the club and a sketch (clean sketch, no color or background, one character max) of their choice by yours truly ^_^ (for incentive and a sample of my work to see what you’ll be getting, feel free to browse my gallery :iconlittletiger488: )

This is the first contest guys, so I made it easy and left it very open for you people to get creative! Contests in the future will be more structured and the prizes will get bigger and better! Have fun with this and I hope to see a bunch of entries!

Nov 25, 2007 Unfortunately, some bad news. :(
Because of the poor reception of volume 3, Animaniacs volume 4 is not even being considered for release yet. However, the first two volumes sold better than nearly any other WB's DVD releases. So it's up to fans to show their love to the show! We must do something!
As for the club news, I'm happy to greet new members! :wave: And thank everyone who submitted wonderful pictures you can see in the gallery now! :hug:

Yes, again it's time to say 'Hello!' to the new memebrs and affiliate and 'Thanks!' to everyone who submitted the wonderful artwork you can see in your DevWatch! :hug:
Btw, are you sure you watch the club? We have 142 members while according to the Gallery Stats the club is watched by 120 people. If you still haven't watched the club, please, add it! ;) Thanks! :D
Please write notes if you want to join to the club! Don't leave comments on the front page!
And please please pleese be patient! The club is updated about once in 4 or 5 months. Actually that doesn't sound great, but at least we are still alive! :D I'd love so much to tell you we'll update sooner, but that may not come true...oh well...So if you wrote a note asking to join the club about 2 or even 3 months ago and still didn't get the reply, please wait a little more. If you have already put the club on your DevWatch, you can now call yourself the member even if you're still waiting for the reply! :) Thank you for your understanding! :hug:
